Barbara Kilgore has been providing closing services for clients in Northeast Tarrant County for over 25 years. Beginning her career in the late 1970’s, she has gained experience and mastered all aspects of residential sales, builder sales, refinances and commercial transactions. She is known among her peers as a problem solver.
Barbara is adept in all phases of the Real Estate transaction. She coordinates Lenders, Insurance Companies, Taxing Authorities, Homeowners Associations, Surveyors, Attorneys, Home Warranty Companies and Buyers and Sellers. Her extensive experience and professional demeanor allow her to make even the most difficult transactions appear effortless. Barbara also has expertise in the art of Real Estate loan funding. She realizes who her customers are and goes out of her way to make her Real Estate Agents, Lenders, Builders and all others involved in the closing look good. Both Buyers and Sellers will often comment on her professionalism and how easy and stress free their closing was.
Barbara is happily married and resides in N.E. Tarrant County with her husband Richard Kilgore. They have four children and three incredibly fantastic grandchildren. |
